Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen is the first ever London outpost of the Scottish chefs infamous, international Hell's Kitchen concept, following locations in Las Vegas, Dubai and Miami.
It occupies a large, purpose-built space on the hotel’s ground floor, designed around the brand’s signature open-kitchen layout. The kitchen sits at the centre of the dining room, allowing guests to watch the chefs at work throughout service.
The design of the restaurant reflects the theatrical style of the Hell’s Kitchen brand, using the red and blue colour scheme associated with the television series. Dark wood, brass detailing and controlled lighting give the space a contemporary brasserie feel while keeping the focus on the kitchen as the main feature. Expect high energy in a striking space, which comprises a dedicated bar, four chefs' tables and seating for up to 200 covers.
The menu follows the established Hell’s Kitchen format, featuring Gordon Ramsay’s signature dishes such as beef Wellington, lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding. These are joined by a range of seasonal mains, grilled meats - including a selection of premium large cuts - and salads, with several dishes prepared directly at the central cooking stations. In addition, there will also be a five course tasting menu, showcasing Ramsay's classic dishes as well as new creations for a London audience. The drinks list includes a broad wine selection, alongside cocktails that take inspiration from the show’s visual identity and themes.
Its position close to Marble Arch and Oxford Street places it within one of central London’s busiest areas, designed to serve both hotel guests and external visitors. The combination of open-fire cooking, recognisable branding and large-scale layout gives it a distinctive place within the wider Ramsay restaurant group.
