Burgers kick off with the ménage à trois - grass-fed Hereford beef, red onion, pink pickled onion, crispy shallots, iceberg lettuce, mayo and smoked cheese, and include jocky's fried chicken - a spicy kimchi marinated chicken thigh, hash brown, iceberg lettuce, cheese & spicy j.f.c sauce, and the Hell’s Kitchen burger - which you won’t want to miss if you’re a fan of Ramsay’s work. That showstopper includes grass fed Hereford beef, jalapeño and padron salsa, smoked sriracha sauce and cheese. Yum.
You can customise your burger with some additional toppings and changes. Double up, trade your patty to Wagyu beef, add bacon, a cheese skirt, or dirty fries.
It’s not just the burgers that are special, though. Sides include a refreshing chopped salad, fries topped with melted mozzarella, salsa, red onions and hot sauce, onion rings, mac and cheese and street slaw. Desserts are equally as delicious, including a strawberries and marshmallow sundae, sticky toffee pudding, and bottomless servings of ice cream.
There are plenty of classic drinks on the menu, from local beers and ales to glasses of Prosecco. But, you won’t want to miss out on the cocktail options. Try the Garden Fizz made with Tanqueray gin, cucumber, lemon, mint and Fever Tree tonic, a Hard Lemonade packed with Limoncello and homemade lemonade, or a Street Margarita made up of Don Julio Blanco tequila, lime, orange zest and sweet agave syrup.
