This punnily named restaurant is the first solo venture from entrepreneur Irina Shabrina, who normally oversees sites with Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov. The prime Covent Garden site replaces a branch of family-friendly Garfunkel’s, and serves up an all-day offering centred on organic eggs. International dishes featured on the menu include a US-style omelette bagel with cheese, bacon and tomatoes, and a dish of aubergine stuffed with pieces of beef with basil sauce. Although dishes are mostly in the fast-casual mode, there’s plenty of room for dining in, with two floors of space to choose from.
