Crust Bros is all about serving up slices of authentic Neopolitan pizza in some of London’s best postcodes, with a history spanning ten years with three different locations - the newest being Covent Garden.
The secret to Crust Bros stand-out pizzas is dough made freshly, daily and on site, with a proving process that lasts up to 72 hours and a 500 degree oven, to ensure each one is crisped perfectly with a signature ‘leopard print’ finish along each crust. You can expect all of this from the Covent Garden site, which opened in summer 2025, just steps from some of the best London has to offer.
First up, a bit of housekeeping: walk ins are absolutely welcome and as a casual dining concept, it’s an ideal place to pop in for a quick bite and delicious cocktails. But, being in the centre of town, and especially close to the West End, it can get busy especially around pre-theatre times, so it’s best to book ahead. Wondering who’s welcome here? Well, the short answer is everyone. The site is family friendly with baby changing facilities available; disabled access is also prioritised and those with dietary requirements - from gluten-free to halal meats - are all catered to, also.
As for the menu, the Crust Bros team have been inspired by the bright city lights to put on a spread like never before. You have to try the already iconic savoury bomba donuts which work perfectly as a starter or side; like a little bite of heaven, each one starts off with 24 hour proved brioche dough which is deep fried and filled with mozzarella, parmesan and smoked mozzarella bechamel with a parmesan tuile, for a cheese explosion in your mouth.
As for pizza toppings, there are some self-proclaimed favourites like the Harlem Truffle with a crema tartufata base, mozzarella, parmesan and Italian sausage, who you can personalise your own. To be a real pizza master, start off by picking your sauce base with options across pesto, a mix of cheeses and tomato, before moving onto protein like chicken, ham or anchovies, a generous selection of cheeses, and a rainbow of delicious veggies. Finally, nab an indulgent sauce to dunk your crusts in.
