Hidden away in Notting Hill, Cocotte now covers all corners of London with its relaxed dining experience. Cocotte’s ethos is all about handcrafted dishes made with fresh and local produce. Expect the simple, clean interiors that Cocotte is known for, with industrial-chic decor, exposed brick walls and an array of potted plants that bring life to the restaurant.
If you don’t know by now, Cocotte specialise in rotisserie chicken, serving high-range produce that’s been marinated for 24 hours in a unique blend of herbs and spices before being cooked on traditional rotisseries. Chicken is available in quarters, halves, or as a whole if you’re hungry. The menu is packed with a range of sides and sauces to go with your chicken, allowing you to mix and match to best match your tastes. Choose from the likes of truffle mash, celeriac slaw, soy chilli green beans or baby roast potatoes, with chicken jus, garlic mayo or a classic mustard.
As part of the all-day dining experience, guests can expect a range of salads packed full of veggies. Tuck into a kale, roasted peppers, and mixed seeds salad with a tahini dressing, or a salad topped with roasted turmeric cauliflower, beets, kale, cranberries, apricots and a lemon and basil dressing. When it comes to desserts, finish off your meal with apple and caramel tart served with vanilla ice cream of a caramelised creme brulee, in classic French style.
You can also pop in for brunch, with full breakfasts, courgette and mushroom tartine, chicken burgers and sweet or savoury waffles all hitting the menu. Drinks span everything from classic cocktails, such as Margaritas and Negronis, to an extensive selection of French wines. Mocktails, a selection of Spritzes, and beers and ciders are also available, alongside a whole host of cold pressed juices.
