We opened Cardo Restaurant in 2006 as Pig'Halle Restaurant. Our core values of running a local restaurant means using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our meat is supplied by award winning butcher Henderson's of Glenrothes and our fish and seafood is supplied by George Campbell & Sons in Perth. Cardo Restaurant is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, using influence and inspiration from Paula's Portuguese and Herve's French backgrounds.
