Anya Hindmarch is a famous British designer. Initially she gained fame for her accessories and bags in the fashion space, but more recently she has become notable in the food world for 'The Ice Cream Project' - taking highly recognisable food brands and using them to make unusual ice cream flavours for a pop-up each summer. Previous flavours have included the likes of Heinz, Branston, Bird's Custard and Maldon Sea Salt.
Served daily, Anya Café’s Afternoon Tea features a selection of exclusive cakes, finger sandwiches, and warm scones with clotted cream and preserves. The cake selection includes unique creations such as the Lemon Smiley Cake, Chocolate and Raspberry Chubby Heart, and Frosted Berry Caterpillar Tart, each crafted with attention to detail and presented with a touch of Anya’s signature humour. The finger sandwiches typically include classic fillings like smoked salmon with lemon, dill, and cream cheese; cucumber; and egg and cress. The warm scones are served under a linen napkin, accompanied by clotted cream and strawberry preserves.
