Serving Hawaiian poké, it’s sustainable, nutritional and raw, with compostable packaging for takeaways and driftwood furniture for eating in. It’s healthy, it’s fun, full of vibrant flavours, and pretty affordable too. Choose a base (quinoa, red kale or sushi rice) and a protein to top it with.
