From the creators of peripatetic party venues LoveBrunch and ETA, comes a bar and club aimed at the ‘celebrity Sloane Ravers scene’. Formerly Cherryjam, the space has been turned into a ‘Wonderland-esque’ gaff with ‘an enchanted wardrobe staircase, Victorian trinkets, and vintage porn wallpaper’, according to the owners. Here you can engage with cocktails designed by Hawksmoor alumnus May Kongsrivilai: celery sour, roseflower (a Belvedere vodka martini) and coconut surprise (10 Cane rum, lime and lychees topped with coconut water) are interesting choices to go with oriental snacks such as Vietnamese báhn mi sliders and Taiwanese steamed buns. What the aforementioned ‘ravers’ are really here for, of course, is Champagne and shenanigans, serious shape-throwing on the sunken dance floor, a snog in one of the basement’s alcoves with a Made in Chelsea type – and a part in the series, perhaps.
