Led and inspired by Italian food markets, this classy number in the Sheraton London Park Lane Hotel has breakfast, lunch and dinner covered. You can stick to the traditional eggs if you want to, but we're tempted to start the day with burrata, Raf tomatoes and wild basil and a strong Italian espresso. Later in the day, there’s a selection of meats and cheeses to choose from, or perhaps some baby octopus in spicy tomato sauce. Meanwhile, mains include linguine with clams and bottarga, salt-crusted baked fish, or ox tongue with baby chard and nut pesto. Follow with caprese cake (with ricotta ice cream) or rum baba, if you have room.
