This Tiki bar is the brainchild of ex-Mahiki bar manager Georgi Radev, with its name deriving from the Polynesian for ‘lucky person’. Spread across two floors, the bar serves up cocktails from around the globe, departing from traditional mixes by foregoing all refined sugar. Laki Kane also produces its own rums, re-distilled on site and upstairs in the bar’s Spiced Dry Rum Club, where guests can create and flavour their own spiced rums. A tropical-inspired menu accompanies the cocktail list, and service is taken seriously too, with a ‘call for service’ button on every guest’s table.
