Doodle Bar Battersea London

SquareMeal Review of Doodle Bar

Previously based at Ransome’s Dock in Battersea, this doodle-happy street food and gin specialist now resides in a South-Bank railway arch. Inside, concrete floors and black walls set the scene for a scribble-a-thon, with drinkers being encouraged to draw on the walls and have a game of ping-pong. A healthy events calendar offers the likes of embroidery workshops, screen-printing and general arts and crafts, but if your idea of getting crafty involves a snifter of gin, you’ll be happy with the 20-strong range behind the bar. If this sounds like your kind of party, Doodle Bar can also be hired out privately in the week.
