Boxcar Butcher & Grill
This Marylebone site comes with a novel twist, thanks to its butchery-to-cooking concept. Boxcar features a ground-floor dining room which is supported by a traditional British butcher on the lower floor. The butcher and deli is open from 7.30am on weekdays (9am on weekends) and provides breakfast and lunch to the area’s hungry, including the likes of homemade pies, pastries and sausage rolls. Come evening, the deli shuts down to make way for the Grill, where a navy and copper colour scheme is supported by a simple three-item menu: sirloin steak with chips, a burger, and a veggie option. Drinks wise, there’s an unfussy range of bespoke cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
