The menus are dictated by founder Daria Grebenyuk’s travels across the globe, and spearheaded by head chef Slawomir Sawicki (previously Galvin at La Chapelle and Arts Club) who champions a 'farm to kitchen to table' approach to cooking. Expect high-quality produce sourced from trusted suppliers, and cooking rooted in flavour and integrity.
The beautiful space evolves seamlessly from day to night, making it a wonderful place to host a special celebration with friends, family or colleagues. Head upstairs to discover SILVA’s private dining room, an intimate and elegant location for special occasions, from birthdays to corporate lunches and everything in between. The room is decorated with lush greenery, natural tones and sage green finishes, offering a calming backdrop for intimate events. The room can host up to 14 seated guests around one central table, with optimal space for 10. Equally, if you’d like to hire the entire first floor, you can do so for up to 38 seated guests.
The team has created a selection of menus to suit different tastes and budgets, whether you’re looking for an energising breakfast, a set lunch menu or an extravagant dinner. For a flavour of what to expect, some examples of dishes on its a la carte menu include a crispy fried egg with girolles and parmesan sauce, steak tartare with potato waffle and a cured egg yolk, and duck breast with coco beans and orange jus. SILVA also serves a selection of delicate crudo dishes to start, while desserts include a phenomenal Basque cheesecake.
