Nestled on Mayfair’s charming Bruton Place, SILVA is a day-to-night restaurant serving luxurious Mediterranean dishes using the best seasonal produce. The menus are dictated by founder Daria Grebenyuk’s travels across the globe, and spearheaded by head chef Charlie Dilworth, who brings a defined, ingredient-led approach to the food. Expect high-quality produce sourced from trusted suppliers, and cooking rooted in flavour and integrity.

The beautiful space evolves seamlessly from day to night, making it a wonderful place to host a special celebration with friends, family or colleagues. Head upstairs to discover SILVA’s private dining room, an intimate and elegant location for special occasions, from birthdays to corporate lunches and everything in between. The room is decorated with lush greenery, natural tones and sage green finishes, offering a calming backdrop for intimate events. The room can host up to 14 seated guests around one central table, with optimal space for 10. Equally, if you’d like to hire the entire first floor, you can do so for up to 38 seated guests.

The team has created a selection of menus to suit different tastes and budgets, whether you’re looking for an energising breakfast, a set lunch menu or an extravagant dinner. For a flavour of what to expect, some examples of dishes on its a la carte menu include a crispy fried egg with girolles and parmesan sauce, steak tartare with potato waffle and a cured egg yolk, and duck breast with coco beans and orange jus. SILVA also serves a selection of delicate crudo dishes to start, while desserts include a phenomenal Basque cheesecake.

I booked a table at Silva in Bruton Place for my partner’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Tucked away in a quiet Mayfair mews, Silva is beautifully elegant without being over the top—thoughtful service, fine china, and an atmosphere that feels both special and relaxed.We started with warm sourdough and honey butter, then shared a gorgeous stracciatella with caramelised peach and hazelnuts, and a stunning crab raviolo in langoustine sauce. My wild garlic risotto was fresh, vibrant and full of flavour, while the halibut was tender and perfectly balanced with sauce vierge. The sides—especially the rosemary roast potatoes—were exceptional.Even though we were full, we couldn’t resist dessert. The chocolate fondant with stem ginger ice cream was divine, and the Basque cheesecake was one of the best we’ve had. Cocktails and mocktails were beautifully made, with unique flavour combinations.The interiors are warm and stylish, with cosy seating for two and a few tables spilling onto the cobbled street outside. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for a romantic dinner, special occasion, or even a business lunch. Silva is a true gem in Mayfair—refined, welcoming, and absolutely worth discovering.

Restaurant seasonal flowers will be placed on the table. On request, we can provide our guests with a brochure from our supplier and can place larger flower arrangements for an additional cost. You are welcome to use your own supplier.
