The menu is impressively extensive and offers a selection of smaller dishes, sushi, platters, ramen and mains. There are so many delicious things to try, but ensure you take a look at the crystal sushi, which is a signature dish created by Shiro chefs. Crystal sushi features hand-crafted jellies which reimagines the traditional look and feel of sushi.
Across the smaller plates, which are perfect for sharing with the table, you'll find the likes of soft shell crab tempura with yama gobo slaw and tentsuyu broth, as well as Tebasaki chicken wings, stuffed with pancetta, shiitake and chilli teriyaki glaze.
