Whether it's a birthday party or important client meeting, if you're looking for a private dining space with panache then let us introduce Revolution Leadenhall. Part of the UK-wide Revolution chain, this branch is particularly special as it takes over the former Midlands Bank in the heart of London's financial district.
The building was designed by Sir Edward Lutyen, one of the Victorian era's most celebrated architects who is responsible for many of the beautiful buildings in Bank. The venue boasts a wealth of period features across its four floors, including vast columns, ornate plasterwork and vaulted ceilings. Even Lutyen has been given a mention with his eponymous bar on the ground level.
Each floor offers its own bar or restaurant with a unique decor and vibe, but the overall feel is historic and decadent with chandeliers glittering overhead, parquet flooring and rich-toned interiors. Every space can be hired individually, from the Balcony dining room to the hedonistic underground Vault Bar. Or, why not combine multiple spaces and take your party from one area to another throughout the evening? The entire venue has capacity for 1,000 people, perfect for major celebrations.
For private dining bookings, guests are able to choose from a range of group menus, from sharing dishes to canapes or a buffet. If you want to keep things traditional with a two or three-course meal, you select options such as cajun chicken skewers to start, a cheese and bacon burger for mains and a clementine and chocolate torte for dessert.
For drinks and canape receptions, there's a huge range of light bites and cocktails on offer which are sure to put your guests in the party spirit. The majority of options are vegetarian, with a few vegan choices as well, to ensure there is something for everyone.
