The food is merely one part of the dining experience at Park Row on Brewer Street, which strives to create an immersive gastronomic experience for its guests by bringing together food, film and storytelling - all under one roof. It’s a big promise, and a challenge to execute well, but the guys behind the DC-inspired restaurant have pulled it off.
A fantastic venue to entertain guests, throw a birthday extravaganza (fancy dress is a plus) or celebrate a special occasion, Park Row offers multiple private dining spaces for large and small groups to while the night away. There are five spaces available, all belonging to a different DC theme: Pennyworth’s, The Iceberg Lounge, Rogues Gallery, Old Gotham City and The Monarch Theatre.
Pennyworth’s, for example, pays homage to Batman's butler, Alfred Pennyworth, where you can enjoy a whisky at the turquoise bar with a side of caviar – only the finest darling! The Iceberg Lounge offers plush, royal blue seating throughout for the coolest place in town to hang out. This room is an ode to Batman antagonist Oswold Cobblepot, otherwise known as 'The Penguin'.
The saffron yellow walls and pink bar at Rogue’s Gallery pays tribute to Catwoman’s many acquisitions, while Old Gotham City is a dark and mysterious bar inspired by the studies of Dr Pamela Isley and Dr Jonathan Crane.
The Monarch Theatre seats parties of up to six people and offers a theatrical space in which to enjoy the 11-course tasting menu paired with wine. With careful staging and immersive courses, each plate is designed to take guests on a one-of-a-kind journey.
Park Row offers art-deco interiors throughout, with a gold and blue colour palette that reeks of old-school glamour. Each space is open for private hire and can be booked by getting in touch with the venue by phone or email.
