Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you cancel more than 48hrs before your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel less than 48hrs before your booking, your full deposit will be retained.
For pre-authorised cards, if you cancel less than 48hrs before your booking £15 per person may be charged on the card provided.
For parties of 11 people and above, MBER will require at least 72 hours notice for a full deposit refund.
During November, December and Special Events
If you cancel 72 hours before your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before your booking, your full deposit may be retained.
The above also applies if you want to reschedule your booking to another date. You will be able to reschedule but the policy cancellation will apply to the first reservation made.
Reservations of 14 to 16 people made between 6pm to 8pm MBER requires a minimum spend of £1,600.
Reservations of 11 to 13 people made between 6pm to 8pm MBER requires a minimum spned of £1,200.
