Not just a French restaurant, Chez Lindsay is inspired by Brittany and its masterful approach to seafood and galettes. Across the menu you'll find starters such as pan Fried Scallops, tomato puree, saffron beurre Blanc and sea vegetables, as well as mussels with white wine, cream, shallots and thyme.
Main courses might look like lamb rump with smoked aubergine caviar, creamy leeks, olive and tomato jus or duck leg confit with cannellini beans and Toulouse sausage cassoulet. While desserts span chocolate fondant, Crêpe Suzette and an array of sweet crepes.
