Searcys | The Gherkin has teamed up with Nyetimber and Plymouth Gin to host a seaside-themed pop-up from 24 July to 1 September.
Seaside in the Sky will celebrate the British coast, featuring temporary restaurant Coastline on level 39 and the Beach Hut Bar a floor above.
For the length of its run, anyone will be able to book tables in the otherwise members-only restaurant. You will also be able to host events within the themed spaces.
Bookings will be taken from 7 June. Until then, contact the
