Maze is offering a ‘wine flight’ menu, allowing diners to enjoy a three-course meal, sampling a different wine to go with each course.
Dishes on the menu include rump of lamb with fennel, samphire and lemon-and-thyme jus, and rice pudding with Mirabelle-plum jam, mascarpone ice cream and caramelised pecans. Wines featured during

This menu is available for lunch every day, 12pm-2.30pm and for dinner from Sunday to Thursday, 6pm-7pm. Three courses with wine cost £45; four courses with wine cost £56.
