Cinnamon Kitchen is excited to introduce their first Wine & Spice dinner of the year, now in its third
year running. The slick stalwart will be pairing its modern Indian cuisine alongside Spanish and Portuguese wines for an evening full of explosive flavours.
The evening will be hosted by the restaurant's wine consultant Laurent Chaniac and winemaker François Domange, who will be sharing their knowledge on each of the wines while head chef Abdul Yaseen
is set to create a five-course dinner that packs a serious punch.
Highlights on the menu will include: spice-crusted sea bass with shrimp, coconut and raw mango paired with 2012 Bodegas Miguel Calatayud 'Vegaval Plata' Verdejo or caramelized ox cheek in vindaloo
spices served with garlic and coriander mash alongside 2012 Bodegas Ego 'Goru' Monastrell.
