Plateau restaurant in Canary Wharf has teamed up with Johnnie Walker Blue Label to run a three-course whisky tasting menu
throughout September. Expect dishes such as terrine of ham and parsley with pear chutney, or bitter Valrhona chocolate tart, paired with different Johnnie Walker whiskies. Guests will be talked
through the subtle flavours of each whisky before finishing the evening with a measure of Johnnie Walker Blue Label. The menu is priced at £95 per head and will be available in the restaurant’s
private dining spaces.
