On Tuesday 23 October, Tom Aikens and Quintessentially wine expert Matthew Jukes will host a six-course wine-tasting dinner at Aikens’ Michelin-starred Chelsea restaurant.
The evening will start with a Champagne reception, before guests sit down to the multi-course meal specially prepared by Aikens.
Dishes on Aikens’ special tasting menu will include jasmine-cured salmon with viola flowers, pickled apple and jasmine oil; braised pig’s trotter with langoustine, baked onion and pork crackling;
and candied beetroot with yoghurt parfait and port syrup for dessert.
During the meal, Jukes will talk diners through the wines he has chosen to accompany each course and answer any questions.
The Champagne reception will start at 7pm; dinner starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets to this exclusive event cost £225. To book your place, email Natalie.firstname.lastname@example.org or call the restaurant on 020 3641 8300.
