The executive chef of the historic five-star La Mamounia hotel in Marrakech will soon arrive in London to take part in the successful visiting chef programme at The Lanesborough, where he will be
cooking with Paul Gayler from 24-28 February. A real authority on Moroccan food, Boujemaa Mars has worked at the celebrity-lauded La Mamounia for over forty years, so expect nothing but the best as
he serves up classics like seafood tagine, lamb couscous and delicious pastries to finish. Special lunch and dinner menus will be available daily during the visit, but those who visit on 27 or 28
February will also be able to enjoy entertainment from La Mamounia’s resident dancers and musicians – all set against the exotic backdrop of The Conservatory restaurant.
