London’s most celebrated chefs will be out in force on Monday 2 March for a charity dinner with a difference. Each will be cooking a four-course menu for 10, but it’s only after names are drawn on
the night that each table will find out ‘who’s cooking dinner’. What’s more, there will be a separate ‘chef auction’, where diners can bid for their favourite chef to come to their house and cook
dinner for 10. All proceeds from the event, being held at The Langham from 7pm-12M, will be donated to leukaemia research at the Hammersmith Hospital.
As with last year, the tremendous support for the cause brings out some of London’s finest culinary talent. The 2009 line-up of chefs currently confirmed is as follows:
Tom Aikens (Tom Aikens)
Jason Atherton (Maze)
Rainer Becker (Zuma)
Claude Bosi (Hibiscus)
Eric Chavot (The Capital)
Sally Clarke (Clarke's)
Richard Corrigan (Corrigan's Mayfair)
Chris and Jeff Galvin (Galvin Bistrot de Luxe)
Peter Gordon (The Providores)
Brett Graham (The Ledbury)
Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers (The River Cafe)
Mark Hix (Hix Oyster & Chop House)
Tim Hughes (Scott's)
Olivier Limousin (L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon)
Anton Mosimann (Mosimann’s London)
Theo Randall (Theo Randall at The InterContinental)
Pascal Sanchez (Sketch)
