Totally Thames, the riverside festival that celebrates arts and culture, is returning to London once again. To celebrate, chef Tom Aikens will be hosting an exclusive dinner at Tom’s Kitchen St Katharine Docks. In support of the Thames Festival Trust (£2 per ticket will be donated), the night begins with welcome drinks, followed by a four-course dinner created by Tom. Expect Devonshire crab with heritage tomatoes, gazpacho, tomato jelly, basil and olives for mains, followed by apple and vanilla panna cotta with caramel parfait and apple jelly for dessert. Each course will be paired with matching wines, and Peter Werth's Jazz Crew will provide the smooth soundtrack to the evening.
