This gourmet evening at the charming Grand Hotel Eastbourne is bound to be a treat for your ears as well as your tastebuds. Guests will kick off the evening with a Champagne reception followed by a
gourmet dinner featuring a three-course dinner with wines while being entertained with songs from top West End Shows. To start, a medley of Italian cured ham with buffalo mozzarella, oven dried
tomatoes, basil oil and a balsamic reduction is served together with a Pinot Grigio Del Veneto from 2003, while for main, a fillet of Scottish beef Wellington served with Madeira jus, Dauphinoise
potato gratin and a vegetable medley comes with Marques de Caceres Rijoja from 2000. The meal is then rounded off with a fresh fruit and vanilla cream terrine with raspberry coulis.
