The head chef from The Imperial hotel in New Delhi is currently cooking at Lanesborough, as part of the hotel's popular visiting chef programme. Until Saturday 14 May, diners in the Conservatory
will be able to try dishes from The Imperial's restaurants Spice Route and Daniell's Tavern, considered to offer some of the best Indian food in the world. A menu created especially for this even
showcases food from the north and south of India, perhaps including murg aftab (delicious boneless chicken flavoured with cardamom), Keralan prawn curry and lamb biryani.
