From Thursday 18 to Saturday 20 March, Peter Gordon’s Marylebone restaurant The Providores is teaming up Sipsmith
Independent Spirits to run a three night pop-up restaurant at the Sipsmith distillery in Hammersmith.
A six-course tasting menu will come courtesy of Gordon and his business partner Michael McGrath, accompanied by hand-crafted spirits such as fiery wasabi vodka, concocted by Jared Brown, the
Sipsmith master distiller.
Only 30 people a night will have the chance to experience the pop-up, so book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets are priced at £90 per person, including all food and spirits. However, be warned
- the pop-up can’t cater for any food allergies or accept groups of more than four people.
