To mark its 10th birthday, Marylebone’s Texture is hosting a series of one-off collaborative dinners across the month of September. Big names on the schedule include Raymond Blanc, Vivek Singh and Ollie Dabbous. Each dinner will see chef patron Aggi Sverrisson combine his Scandinavian cuisine with the collaborating chef’s own take on dining, so you can expect the likes of tandoori-spiced halibut from Singh, and salmon tartare with iced eucalyptus from Dabbous.
