Southern Italian cooking at the Cookery School
Learn how to make a typical southern Italian spread at the Cookery School, a boutique school for food lovers. The course, being taught by founder Rosalind Rathouse, will kick off with an informal
reception, where you can enjoy a pre-lunch aperitif and mini pizzette before the main event.
Once settled in, you will be taught how to create the day’s menu, with Rathouse and her team on hand to help. Once everything is ready, you’ll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labour over a
sociable sit-down lunch, with wines matched to the food.
Though all levels are welcomed, classes are restricted to a maximum of 20 pupils. The aim is for everyone to improve their kitchen proficiency and confidence, regardless of skill set, and to have a
fun day in the kitchen.
