Glam pan-Asian restaurant Tamarai will be celebrating all things Singaporean from 15 April to 15 May. There’ll be special
dishes on the menu including Singapore chilli crab and steamed popiah (spring rolls with tofu, spring onion and sweet soy), and Singapore slings to wash it all down with.
During the month all diners will be entered in to a prize draw to win a trip to Singapore courtesy of Etihad Airways. The winner will enjoy a four-night stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, with
sight-seeing trips organised by the Singapore Tourism Board.
