To commemorate the opening of Moro for Saturday lunch, the restaurant is offering diners the chance to experience sherry as a food wine. Wines from Lustau, Sanchez Romate, Harvey’s and Valdespino
will be matched with a menu of dishes designed to bring out the best in the bottles. Kick off, for instance, with salt cod croquetas with sweet tomato sauce and aioli served with La Goya Manzanilla
and La Gitana Manzanilla, followed by a main of wood roasted pork with new season’s onions and watercress, served with Tio Diego dry Amontillado and Don Jose Maria very old Amontillado.
