From Tuesday 6 to Sunday 11 April, The Pass restaurant at South Lodge Hotel in Horsham is hosting a
line-up of Michelin-starred guest chefs in its kitchen. The week will start with Richard Davies, executive chef at sister hotel Manor House in Wiltshire, followed by Martin Blunos (formerly of
Lettonie in Bath), James Sommerin (The Crown at Whitebrook, Monmouthshire), John Campbell (formerly The Vineyard at Stockcross, now The Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park), Michael Wignall (The
Latymer at Pennyhill Park, Surrey), and finally The Pass’s own head chef Matt Gillan.
Throughout the week each chef will be creating a tasting menu and diners will have the opportunity to watch all the brigade in action throughout service in the 22-cover restaurant, situated in the
heart of the kitchen.
Tickets are priced at £125 per person, which includes dinner, wine flight and food demonstration or £235 per person, which includes ticket, accommodation in a junior suite and breakfast (based on
