‘Serving’ Up a Treat at Brown’s Hotel
To celebrate Wimbledon, Rocco Forte’s Brown’s Hotel will be ‘serving’ up some specially created promotions, which guests are bound to ‘love’!
‘SET’ LUNCH IN THE GRILL
Throughout Wimbledon, The Grill will be offering guests a ‘set’ price lunch & dinner menu. Some of the light, summer dishes on
offer will include chilled asparagus soup; poached Scottish salmon with herb mayonnaise & warm jersey royals, & Pimms marinated oranges & cucumber with a mint sorbet. This Wimbledon
menu will be available between 12.30pm & 2.30pm, & 6pm & 10.30pm daily, from 25 June until 8 July 2007 & will cost £25 for two courses or £30 for three courses.
‘MATCH POINT’ IN THE DONOVAN BAR
Antonio Dandrea, mixologist & manager of the fashionable Donovan Bar, will be mixing a winning Wimbledon cocktail, ‘Match Point’. This
unique cocktail will be made up of fresh strawberries, Chambord - a honey & raspberry liqueur, white balsamic vinegar & topped with Champagne & will cost £13.50.
SE’DEUCE’ING AFTERNOON TEA IN THE ENGLISH TEA ROOM
This summer, The English Tea Room will also be serving their famous traditional afternoon tea, but ‘doubling’ it with a glass of chilled Rose Taittinger Champagne, as well as a bowl of fresh
