Seasonal Cooking at Bank Aldwych

Christian Delteil might be most famous as the managing director of Bank Restaurant Group but prior to this he was the Michelin-starred chef of Chewton Glen and L'Arlequin. Now he's sharing his passion for cooking at a four-part cookery masterclass focussing on the best seasonal ingredients, from stilton to sea bass, lamb to leek. Following breakfast, students will head to the kitchen where, under Christian's direction, they will cook up a feast to be enjoyed over lunch accompanied by a tutored wine tasting and top tips from Christian on what to look out for at the market. Masterclasses will be held on 28 January, 17 May, 5 July and 18 October.
