Until Sunday 12 August, RAW wine fair is running a nightly pop-up serving natural wine and burgers at Borough Market.
Juicy burgers – prime meat topped with beer-braised onions, aged Comté and dill butter, all sourced from Borough Market – will be provided by co-hosts Elliot’s Café (pictured), and will be
available to take away or eat in.
Meanwhile, RAW will serve natural wines (which use minimal chemical and technological processes to produce) from its 2012 and forthcoming 2013 fairs, including 2010 Zanotto Col Fondo Prosecco,
Italy, and 2008 Riffault Quarterons from France’s Loire Valley.
The RAW pop-up will run from 6pm-12M (closed Mondays). Prices start from £15 for a burger with chips and a glass of wine.
