The culinary world was shocked when Henry Harris’ Racine closed at the start of the 2015, but the restaurant seems to be living on through pop ups. After a stint at Craft London, Harris is now bringing Racine to Darkhorse in Stratford. For one night only on Thursday 24 November, Henry will take to the stoves to cook a three-course menu, paired with wines. Guests will enjoy seared duck hearts with garlic butter, duck confit with gratin tarbais and a baked plum financier to finish.
This one-off dinner takes place on Thursday 24 November and costs £29.50 for three courses (with a supplement for paired wines). To book a seat, call 020 8534 4579 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
