London Pisco Sour Week 2015 was so popular that it was extended from just one day into a week-long party. This year, the festival is back, with all of the original participating bars – Chotto Matte, Coya, Lima Floral, Pachamama, Señor Ceviche, Tierra Peru and Tito’s – rolling up their sleeves to shake their finest sours. They’ve also been joined by loads more amazing restaurants and cafés, including Ceviche, Comedor, Ladies & Gentlemen, Andina, and Ceviche Old Street. So wherever you live, work, or socialise, there’ll be a Pisco Sour just steps away – each one unique to the venue.
Pisco is not a drink for standing on ceremony, so the set-up is suitably laid back – you just pick up a free wristband from any of the participating bars, then work your way around as many or as few as you want (or can), ordering the signature sour at each (all cost just £5 when you show your wristband).
London Pisco Sour Week 2016 takes place from 6-12 February. The list of participating bars is constantly growing, so keep up to date with the latest news via the London Pisco Sour Week Facebook page or on Twitter @piscosour_ldn #LondonPiscoSourWeek #LPSW. ¡Salud!
