Sketch’s Pierre Gagnaire is returning to the second annual Frieze Art Fair (13-16 October) to cook in the VIP room. The dining room’s design and concept have been based on the ecelectic decor of
The Parlour at Sketch, while the kitchen will serve breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as snacks and drinks. Sketch’s front-of-house staff will be running the show at the pop-up.
Gagnaire has developed bespoke dishes for the event and will mix them with some of Sketch’s most popular menu staples to create a five-course extravaganza. Dishes include the classic Pierre salad
and Champs Elysées chicken, served with green-peppercorn sauce and rocket.
The art fair itself will feature 175 of the world's leading galleries, with representatives from major cities from Los Angeles to London and Berlin to Beijing. Visitors can see and buy work by more
than 1,000 of the most forward-thinking artists.
