Those who have a passion for pan-Asian food, where better to learn to cook it than at Gilgamesh, where Ian Pengelley will be sharing his top
tips at his newly launched masterclass courses? The sessions will include a cookery demonstration by Pengelley, followed by the cookery enthusiasts producing the recipes which were demonstrated.
Following the afternoon of cooking, guests can sample the dishes they have created while enjoying a lesson on pairing food with both wine & sake by Gilgamesh’s wine consultant, Richard Weiss.
Each course will focus on a different subject including Thai, Japanese, Chinese & dinner party entertaining. The masterclasses will run from Noon until 6pm & are priced at £150 per person.
