Le Bouchon Breton in old Spitalfields Market will be running a series of oyster masterclasses through winter and autumn. Each masterclass will feature 10 different varieties of oysters, sourced
from around the coastlines of France, England, Scotland and The Channel Islands, and each will come paired with a glass of either Champagne, Touraine, Pouilly-Fumé or Entre-deux-Mer.
The masterclasses will run on the following dates, starting at 6.30pm:

Each session will run for approximately an hour and a half, during which time it will be demonstrated how to correctly open an oyster, before each oyster and accompanying wine is sampled and
