From 5 September, award winning Italian restaurant L’Anima will feature 2010 Tenuta la Badiola Acquagiusta Rosato on the Sommelier Selection of its wine list. A complex and well-balanced wine, it’s
designed to be served with executive chef Francesco Mazzei’s fish stew with Sardinian fregola.
Acquaguista Rosato is produced on the 500-hectare La Badiola Estate, former home and hunting ground of the Great Duke of Tuscany.
