Celebrating organic, local produce, the Living Food festival returns to the historic Cawdor Castle for its third successive year offering a host of activities including food and drink lectures,
live music and cookery demonstrations.
Hosted by Boath House and supported by the Slow Food Movement, the emphasis of the day will be on
sustainable produce, with top local chefs (including Boath House’s acclaimed head chef Charlie Lockley) guiding visitors through some of their recipes. They will also whipping up a series of taster
lunches using what’s available from the organic food stalls.
Over 50 have signed up selling everything from herbs and veg to artisan cheese and meats, so make sure you bring an eco-friendly bag to get it all home.
