Ledbury chef cooks at Redhook’s Cornish Grill


On the last Sunday of every month, Redhook’s pop-up-in-residence, The Cornish Grill, invites guest chefs to rustle up Sunday lunch for diners. On 27 November, it’s the turn of James Knappett, former head chef at Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley, and now part of the kitchen team at The Ledbury.

Knappett will be serving a four-course menu, with dishes including mackerel with bergamot-and-hogweed gnocchi, and Red Ruby beef with smoked bone marrow, horseradish, beets and Jerusalem artichokes.

Tickets cost £50, including a Grey Goose apéritif, plus coffee and truffles, excluding service. Add matching wines for £22, or get stuck into the Grey Goose Bloody Mary buffet.
