On 11 October, Le Pont de la Tour will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a special dinner in association with the Institut Paul Bocuse.
Le Pont de la Tour has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the Lyon-based Institut. The restaurant will play host to its senior chefs, who will prepare a specially designed menu alongside the
restaurant’s new executive chef, Tom Cook.
The menu will feature signature dishes from the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Paul Bocuse, including the famous rum baba. Matching wines will accompany the meal, paired by Le Pont de la Tour’s
master sommelier Nicolas Clerc.
