Join Gino D’Acampo, Theo Randall and Aldo Zilli, among others, for this year's all-Italian festival. The four-day extravaganza will feature a cookery school, master classes with your favourite
chefs and a makeshift Piazza where popular restaurants such as Zafferano, Zilli Fish, Theo Randall,
Latium, and Alloro, will be serving up dishes for the
duration of the festival.
For those who like to buy the raw ingredients and cook from scratch, take a trip around The Mercato, bursting with authentic Italian produce.
Chocolate master classes are being held by Foodiscovery who will be hosting tastings of regional specialities such as Ministeriali (Naples) and chocolate figs (Calabria), and The Wine Academy will
also be present to give tips on how to tell Chianti from Pinot Grigio.
