If you love a bit of Japanese whisky, then upmarket Victoria restaurant Kouzu has got your back, because it’s hosting a Suntory Yamazaki whisky tasting on Wednesday 29 March, all paired with creations from Kouzu’s head chef. Guests will be walked through the history of Japanese whisky making, via a four-course menu, including Hibiki Japanese Harmony, paired with sliced yellowtail in a truffle oil dressing, and The Hakushu single malt, paired with roasted sea bass fillet in a yuzu garlic sauce with sea vegetables.
