J Sheekey launches guest chef series

To celebrate its 10 year anniversary, J Sheekey is launching a guest chef series, which will continue throughout the year. Each partaking chef will collaborate with executive head chef Andrew McLay on a three-course menu for up to 50 guests. A different chef will take part every six to eight weeks, with names on the line-up including Simon Hulstone from The Elephant in Torquay and Mark Sargeant from Rocksalt in Kent. Plymouth Gin has partnered on the series, creating a gin cocktail menu that will be available exclusively at the supper clubs.
